What We Collect
LeadShield collects minimal data necessary to provide our service:
- Information users voluntarily enter into the fallback modal (name, email, phone, message)
- Page URLs where events occur
- Session identifiers (stored in browser sessionStorage)
- Hashed user agent strings (for privacy)
- Viewport size and referrer information
What We Don't Collect
- We do NOT capture form contents from your website
- We do NOT collect full IP addresses (only hashed for rate limiting)
- We do NOT track users across websites
- We do NOT use cookies for tracking
Data Storage
All data is stored securely in our database. Events are automatically deleted after 90 days.
You can delete leads and data at any time from your dashboard.
